Candace Jackson is an award-winning journalist who spent more than a decade as a staff writer for the Wall Street Journal. She's appeared regularly on TV and radio programs to discuss her work and related topics.

Candace graduated from New York University and has a master's degree in journalism from Columbia University. Originally from Minneapolis, Minn., she spent many years in New York City before decamping to the San Francisco Bay Area, where she now lives with her husband and daughter in Oakland.
